Service Description
Through connecting the dots between sexual, emotional, spiritual, social and physical well-being, Lahnee will be offering counselling, coaching and educational services dedicated to sex workers throughout the industry as a whole. This initiative will provide a safe, non-judgemental space for members of the adult industry to be seen and to express themselves as they are guided through a process of emotional and educational support. Sessions can include, but are not limited to, the following; • Overcoming financial stress and anxiety • Recognising triggers and overcoming past traumas and fears including sexual trauma • Understanding Anxiety & Grounding techniques • Building confidence, self-esteem, self-worth and overcoming negative body image • Reframing the narrative around sex work, content creation and stigma • Building a self-care tool-kit • Releasing sexual blockages + boosting your erotic relationship with yourself • Learning how to connect to your sexual energy and lifeforce • Release shame around sexuality and pleasure • Yoni love and understanding – reconnecting to your feminine energy (for women) • A deeper look at what it means to be part of the adult industry • Relationships and building strong bonds • Understanding STI’s and the stigma attached • Sex education and modernised how-to guides to boost your career Plus much more.
